Your Role as an IT Trainee

‍

From Day 1, you step into real responsibilities and real impact. This is not a shadowing experience — this is your chance to take ownership and show what you can do.

You will:

‍

• Lead a real global IT project, owning and delivering your work from start to finish;
• Make important decisions and solve real business challenges with measurable impact;
• Organize your work independently, while collaborating closely with teams and experts from different countries;
• Build both technical skills (IT solutions, enterprise environments, data engineering, automation) and business skills (project management, stakeholder communication);
• Explore technologies shaping the future: AI, Robotics, Internet of Things, Smart Automation, Virtual and Augmented Reality;
• Work in a friendly, dynamic, international environment where support is always available;
• Receive continuous coaching and mentoring from experienced IT leaders.

Job Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you can answer “YES” to the following:

‍

• Are you a 4th or 5th-year student at a Technical University, passionate about combining technology and business?
• Do you want to use IT to transform how work and business are done?
• Are you curious about areas such as AI, IT automation, coding, VR/AR, IoT, new technologies?
• Do you have experience with Power BI, KNIME, Databases (even at a basic level)?
• Do you enjoy problem-solving, thinking analytically, and collaborating in teams?
• Are you fluent in both English and Polish?
• Are you motivated to grow as a future engineer or manager in IT?
