We are seeking a motivated and career-drivenInternal Sales Representative (FTC 1 year

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationshipswith existing Public Sector accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work in close partnershipwith Field Account Managers to deliver aligned, end-to-end account strategies.
- Identify and develop opportunitiesfor upselling and cross-selling across Lenovos full portfolio.
- Configure, price, and negotiatecustomized solutions based on client needs and business outcomes.
- Drive proactive engagementthrough regular outreach, virtual meetings, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate pipeline dataand sales activities in MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
- Participate in weekly forecastsand internal reporting to support planning and accountability.
- Contribute to team successby collaborating on sales strategies and supporting group targets.

Qualifications
- Proven experiencein internal or inside sales, ideally within the Large Enterprise or Public Sector.
- Strong knowledge of B2B tech solutions, ideally including Lenovo products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targetsin a quota-carrying role.
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly MS Dynamics or equivalent tools.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to craft and present compelling proposals.
- Collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a team-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Based in or able to commute to Farnborough, with flexibility for hybrid working (3 days in-office).
