Responsibilities

Department Purpose:

As a Marketing Communications Intern, you will support the global self-directed marketing team, working closely with your manager and cross-functional teams in Customer Value Management (CVM), CRM, and Marketing Operations. Typical responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Assisting with the execution of global customer lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Supporting analysis of customer journeys and marketing touchpoints, compiling insights and recommendations.
• Monitoring engagement across email, push, in-platform, and social channels, and preparing reports on performance.
• Researching competitor lifecycle and campaign strategies, summarising key findings.
• Helping prepare presentations on customer engagement, retention, and campaign performance.
• Assisting with campaign planning and tracking, ensuring alignment with deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with teams to support weekly prioritisation of global communications lists.

Qualifications

StoneX Essential Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about data-driven marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Early Careers Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating by July -August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
• Available for a June 2026 start date for a 10-week programe
• Must be fully authorized to work in the company the role is based.
