Collaborating with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
Working as part of a multi-functional agile team including business experts, data analysts, architects
Being involved in all parts of the product life cycle: idea generation, design, prototyping, planning, development, test, deployment and operations
Advising on necessary software and infrastructure changes and evolution
Taking ownership of providing technical support to customers.Examine potential areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Be aware of implementation projects and timelines.
Interact with internal and cross teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
Guide team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues .
Contribute to planning of application.infrastructure releases and configuration changes.Provide input to application/infrastructure scalability.
Maintain application by regular monitoring, performance tuning and testing activities.
Stay up to date on product and process training required to create quality deliverables at each phase of product life cycle.
Follow appropriate company procedure and policies(configuration, security, infrastructure, incident , change , problem management).
Maintain a good working relationship with internal and external employees.
Provide timely and expert advice on emerging trends and issues affecting service delivery and support.
Develop Strategies to allow application support to manage resultant problems.
Moderate working skills or knowledge on service now tools.
