What We Need
As an Intern- Customer Success Analyst on our Customer Success team, you’ll play an essential role in improving and supporting the performance of Symbotic’s automated systems. You'll gain hands-on experience with our technology by analyzing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and working alongside experienced team members across different departments to help drive solutions. Â
You’ll be part of our Operations team, responsible for preparing and optimizing new Symbotic systems for our customers. The team drives cross-functional programmatic workstreams led by technical resources while establishing key organizational metrics and thresholds to deliver results. As an intern, you will get experience with Symbotic’s cutting-edge technology while developing your analytical and problem-solving skills. Â

What you’ll do  Â
- Analyze large data sets to find ways to improve system performance at specific sites and across our network. Â
- Work with team members from engineering, operations, and technology to create and implement plans for better system performance in areas such as automated inbound, automated outbound, lift systems, and more. Â
- Learn how to build and track KPIs and metrics, using data insights to enhance people, processes, and systems. Â
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving our systems and solving ongoing challenges. Â

What you’ll need  Â
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, engineering, or a related field. Â
- Strong analytical skills, especially in handling and interpreting large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail. Â
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Python, and SQL is a plus. Â
- Great communication and listening skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships. Â
- Teamwork-oriented with a customer-focused mindset. Â
- Solution-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective, data-driven solutions.

Our Environment Â
- Likelihood of 3 trips over the duration of the internship. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
- The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Â Â
- The employee is routinely required to work at heights of up to 45 feet and within restrictive areas of 24 inches. To stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Â Â
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Â Â
- Must comply with all safety requirements and protocols, including without limitation Lock out tag out safety protocols, and fall protection safety protocols. Â Â
- Approximately 25% of the time will be spent on a construction site with PPE required (hard hat, safety vest, steel toes, eyeglasses, ear protection, fall protection (e.g., safety harness). Â Â
- There will be steep stairs to climb into the structure. You may be required to routinely walk up and down stairs to navigate the automation structure. Â
- You will regularly be near railings that are high off the ground. Â Â
- Subject to environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions but not necessarily temperature changes. Must be capable of working in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit.
