Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify mid-market leads through remote channels
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records
Deliver consultative selling and solution-based presentations
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Position Requirements
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or IT
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Customer-centric mindset with a consultative approach
Familiarity with mid-market dynamics and remote sales strategies
