Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify mid-market leads through remote channels
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records
• Deliver consultative selling and solution-based presentations
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or IT
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Customer-centric mindset with a consultative approach
• Familiarity with mid-market dynamics and remote sales strategies
