As part of P&G’s top-ranked Product Supply organization, our team focuses on driving operational excellence in European Distribution Centers. We aim to create a connected network of intelligent DCs through the centralization, standardization, and digitalization of warehousing processes. We are looking for process oriented, analytical individuals to join our W.O.C. organization in Aspropyrgos, Athens (hybrid model) for this 9 month internship!
In your Business & Technical Associates Internship (9 months) you will:
- Perform a variety of administrative, technical and operational tasks, essential for the company's success.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues, suppliers, manufacturing plants and business partners across Europe, in a truly international setting.
- Ensure that the site work process meets high operational standards and capability, executing the work process across the organization through End Users documentation and training.
- Sky-rocket your personal learning curve assuming our way of doing business, our technologies and systems, workplace culture, organizational set-up, management styles, etc.
- Develop yourself via mentorships, feedback, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching and various development opportunities & projects.
- Play an essential role in the company‘s structure by using, maintaining, and improving warehouse operation processes and system digital solutions.
Job Qualifications
- Recent Graduates of BSc studies in Technical, Engineering, Science or Business schools.
- Experience in creating and managing action plans, including follow up to eliminate gaps.
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Analytical skills, Power BI and PowerApps are a plus.
- Experience in Systems: SAP QM & SAP QR, WMS, Production Execution Basic, Transportation Operation Basic are also a plus.
- Completed/Exempted from Military Service (where applicable).
