Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme
This role is part of the Communications Platform team, which aims to boost user engagement and growth. We achieve this by creating robust solutions for impactful and pertinent communications, leveraging AI/LLM to deliver highly relevant content across multiple channels.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
As a trainee, you will:
- Design and develop highly available and large scale backend and frontend services.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to understand the intricacies of building large-scale systems.
- Gain exposure to industry standard way of developing and maintaining large scale services
- Contribute to maintaining high development standards through participation in code and design reviews.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with modern programming languages (Golang, Java, Python, Javascript, etc.)
- Computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OS, multithreading, relational and non-relational databases
- Some exposure or familiarity with AI tools
