Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
The trainee will be based in Singapore and will ensure a safe, secure workplace with the Corporate Security team. Over the traineeship, the role will offer you the chance to work on projects that make a difference in creating secure environments for Grabbers to operate in.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Physical Security Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design site-specific security layouts and security surveillance systems.
- Hardware Implementation: Assist in the installation, wiring oversight, and commissioning of surveillance hardware to ensure full functional integration.
- System Maintenance and Testing: Assist to develop maintenance and testing regimes to ensure systems are operating securely.
- Project Management: Ensure that the team conducts all security system installations, upgrades, and relocations within agreed timelines and with minimal disruption.
- Work with the Operations Management Center (OMC) to define system requirements and oversee implementation processes.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Preferred: Polytechnic diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant coursework accepted.
- You have experience engaging with AI tools and latest technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.
