During the program you will be:
- Finance leader and business partner providing finance insights and actionable recommendations in business decisions, taking part in external and internal multifunctional team interactions with a real impact on the direction of the business.
- Problem solver with business and market dynamics understanding, able to analyze data, identify key insights and provide financial competence to the business.
- Project manager and risk taker able to take ownership of big, meaningful projects from Day 1 to change and streamline the business including local and regional operations.

As a Future Finance Leader Program Trainee you will benefit from:
- Participating in accelerated on-the-job and classroom trainings to develop your personal and professional skills and capabilities
- Having a chance to receive a full-time employment offer in one of our other CE country (Poland, Hungary or Czech Republic) with diverse career perspectives. Please note that a full-time offer in Croatia will not be available after the completion of the one-year traineeship

WHAT WE OFFER?
- Traineeship for 12 months on employment contract (student status not required for this role)
- Chance to receive a full-time employment offer to start after studies with diverse career perspectives including new job assignments every 2-3 years to gain experience in different areas of Finance and the opportunity to work abroad
- Flexible work schedule with min 32 work hours per week and occasional work from home

Job Qualifications
- Business or Technical students of the 4th or 5th year of study or graduates
- Strong initiative, problem solving and advanced language skills in Croatian and English
- Interest, passion and motivation for a career in Finance
- Excellent MS Office Package skills (MS Excel specifically)
- Available to work min 32h / week
- Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
- Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work etc.
- Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills
