We are currently looking for a Field Technical Sales Support Engineer (m/f), who can proactively engage with customers to fact-find, fault find, and escalate to the next level escalation team when required. The FTSS must be able to confidently communicate with customers to manage the progression of open escalations. It is expected that the FTSS will have a deep knowledge of the Lenovo client device product range and will be the go-to person for many pre/post sales technical requests and support sales in tenders for technical and benchmark questions.
