What you can expect from the role:

‍

🔄 Contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual design to successful delivery

📊 Assist in the creation of high-quality client deliverables (e.g. process flows, timelines, executive presentations)

🔍 Support business process analysis and assessments

⚙️ Participate in software configuration, write functional specifications, and perform system testing

📥 Take part in data migration and system conversion activities

💰 Assist in implementing ERP modules

🧭 Help guide customers through the change management process.

What we will look for in your CV:

‍

🎓 You’re completing or have completed a relevant Masters Degree e.g. IT, International Business, Economics etc.

📚 You have a solid track record of learning and development (certifications or training are a plus)

💡 You have a strong interest in business, technology, and operational processes

🤝 You bring excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

🗣️ You’re fluent in Italian and English (additional European languages are a bonus).

Even better if you have:

💻 Basic knowledge of ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor)

🌍 A client-focused mindset and the ability to work in international teams

✈️ Willingness to travel up to 60–70% of the time.
