โS&P Global Mobility Dealer Services Team is responsible to provide relevant and insightful details regarding various OEMs to clients.

Responsibilities and Impact:

โWithout this role, the business could be missing out on key data necessary to ensure accurate stores of information as well as deliver outgoing products to our clients.
โ
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving existing processes, collaborating with teams to identify areas of improvement, and ensuring the successful implementation of task assigned. You will use your SQL/Python skills to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

- Analysis of Automotive Dealers on a global level.
- Research and review automotive websites to source required data.
- Input data, from an automotive dealer locator, into a database using tools like MS Access, Alteryx.
- Quality Assurance/Validation of database contents.
- Manage and keep record of existing database.
- Understand the entire work/data flow and be able to recommend process changes.
- Create and fix Python scripts to ensure smooth functioning of the current processes
- Able to work independently & collaboratively across domains
- Answers internal or external customer questions/requests
- Develop Business Requirements documents that outline improvements.
- Follow guidelines and proactively raise alerts on functional/application/data risk.
- Coordinate Project activities to ensure timely completion as per established guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Investigate and update Salesforce cases and provide solution.

What Weโre Looking For:
Required Skills:
โ
- University degree (Bachelors or equivalent) in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2-3 Years of industry related experience.
- Basic understanding of Global Automotive Market.
- Proficient in use of MS office application.
- Basic programming knowledge, preferably Python.
- Experience performing root cause analysis on data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analytical skills, abilities and experience in primary/secondary research.
- Good analytics skills.
- Able to independently utilize websites & locate relevant information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
