The Team:
The Name Standardization team within S&P Global Mobility is responsible for enhancing the raw data and transforming it into a meaningful information.
Responsibilities and Impact:
The name team plays a crucial role in delivering relevant data to the clients. As a part of the Name Standardization Team, the candidate will work on Global Automotive space to provide relevant and insightful details regarding various automotive entities.
- Oversee that the Name & Address Reference Data processes with the OneView 360/ReFuel Tool.
- Resolve system generated exceptions of Name variations
- Research Name & Address variations and assign standard Names for each exception
- Administer the Name Fleet Netting process
- Research by priority the case detail, existing rule information, geo detail, outside sources, data attributes, Geo Service Business Rule category
- Investigate and update SalesForce cases and provide solution.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently & collaboratively across domains
- Ability to understand and navigate through a user system to create, edit, deactivate/reactivate, add/modify business rules and conduct impact analysis
- Ability to search and resolve data research issues
- Ability to think proactively
- Analytical skills, abilities, and experience
- Established problem solving/resolution skills
- Ability to be decisive and take into account consequences of decisions
- Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
- Established Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel, and Access)
- Basic knowledge of SQL preferred
