Our Data Scientists in IT Data & AI at P&G are:

• Passionate about AI: the ability to mine terabytes of data, develop models and algorithms to derive actionable insights, and then translate those insights into business is important in our work. In this role you will use ML, Agentic AI and Operations Research techniques to transform operational and strategic decision processes across P&G’s supply chain – supply network design, purchasing, physical distribution, inventory, capacity, forecasting, manufacturing. You will get to know a wide variety of supply chains and you will influence multi million-dollar decisions. You will act as primary enthusiast for the power of technology, data, and AI.

• Effective communicators, self-driven and able to drive insights into actions that transform business processes and improve business results. Interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to thrive in a multi-functional leadership team. Your job is to communicate complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower others to act based on the insights you derive.

• Technically Capable: Data Scientists are hands-on. They use Data Science expertise combined with a cutting-edge tech-stack (Python, SQL, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, MLflow, Git, LLMs) to invent, build and scale AI algorithms that throughout the company.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

• Have a Master's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Operation Research, Decisions Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics, Data Science, etc.);
• Are proficient in English, both written and spoken;

• Have strong analytical skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, etc.) or family of techniques (optimization, simulation, machine learning, etc.);

• Are adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team;
