About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Data Scientist Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world data challenges, gain hands-on experience with data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, and contribute to impactful projects that drive business decisions.

‍Responsibilities

‍‍

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing structured and unstructured data.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights, trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Develop and test predictive models using machine learning techniques.
• Visualize data and model results using tools like Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations clearly and concisely.

‍Qualifications

‍‍

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.
• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
