About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Data Scientist Intern to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing structured and unstructured data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights, trends, patterns and anomalies.
- Develop and test predictive models using machine learning techniques.
- Visualize data and model results using tools like Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
