Job Description

Credit Document Management: Apply your accounting and administrative knowledge to manage, review and validate the documentation required for the granting of credits, ensuring that it meets all the requirements.

‍
Ø Validation and Organization of Files: Be in charge of validating the correct integration of credit files, verifying that each document is authentic, complete and correctly filed.

‍
Ø Information and Security Verification: Carry out exhaustive verifications of the information provided by the applicants, validating the security locks and following the established protocols to detect possible inconsistencies or fraud.

Ø Online Consultation and Validation: Use web platforms and digital tools to consult and validate relevant information from applicants or third parties, as part of the verification and analysis process.

‍
Ø Professional Telephone Communication: Maintain clear, professional and effective communication with applicants, references or third parties through outbound calls, requesting or validating information in a courteous and accurate manner.

‍
Ø Regulatory Compliance and Quality: Ensure strict compliance with the internal and external policies, procedures and regulations applicable to the credit process, guaranteeing that your deliverables (files, reports, verifications) are of high quality and accuracy.

Ø Preparation of Reports: Create detailed and accurate reports on the results of the verifications carried out, the status of the files or any other relevant information for monitoring and decision-making.

Ø Risk Analysis and Data Cross-referencing: Perform an initial or complementary analysis of credit risk, cross-referencing and evaluating the information obtained from various sources to identify possible alerts or points to consider.

Ø Application of General Knowledge about Tax Regimes: Use your knowledge of the different tax regimes of the SAT (Individual, Individual with Business Activity and Legal Entity) when reviewing the financial and tax information of applicants.

Ø Credit Bureau Interpretation: Analyze and interpret credit bureau reports, understanding the keys, codes, and patterns that indicate the applicant's credit history and payment behavior.

Ø Macro Optimization: Leverage your skills in developing and managing Macros to optimize and automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency in data management, or report when possible.

Qualifications

Academic Background: Have a Bachelor's Degree in an economic-administrative branch, such as Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics or related.

‍
Ø Credit Experience: Experience desirable in analysis, research, validation or management of credit processes.

‍
Ø Knowledge of the Automotive Sector: Specific knowledge about the automotive credit process and experience (or participation) in activities related to the origination of financing within this sector.

‍
Ø Office Package Mastery: Fluent handling of Microsoft Office packages, including Word and PowerPoint.

‍
Ø Advanced Excel: Advanced level in the use of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with complex formulas, pivot tables and other advanced functionalities.

‍
Ø Macro Management: Demonstrated skills in the development and management of Macros, preferably in Excel, for the automation of tasks.

‍
Ø Service Attitude: Possess an excellent service attitude, oriented to collaboration and to provide quality support.

‍
Ø Communication: Strong effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.

‍
Ø Professional Ethics: High sense of ethics, integrity and discretion in the handling of sensitive information.

‍
Ø Availability: Availability of time to cover the needs of the position.

‍
Ø Availability to travel: Availability to travel and visit the dealer network.

‍
Ø English: Basic level of English.

‍
Ø Analytical Capacity and Proactivity: Be a proactive person, with a strong capacity for analysis and ability to identify and solve problems.
