We are looking for the Core Operations assistant2 position which is within Asia Pacific Global processing delivery (GPD) business unit located in Hangzhou. We are the team dealing with the cash happed in the market, to reconcile and settle into accounting system, investigate the exception with a resolution, to help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for:

As Core Operations assistant, you will

  •  Ensure the accuracy of accounting data delivery. Able to pay attention to detail and a focus on accounting service.

  •  Demonstrate ability to resolve issues and client queries independently and communicate with other teams in English, both verbally and in writing;

  •  Ability to work well in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.

  •  Good team player – strong cooperation spirit, can support team and team mates to complete daily work

  •  To ensure that all day to day tasks and/or issues/queries raised by internal and external are resolved within agreed time frames.

 •  Tight deadlines for daily work is acceptable, have good time management skill

 •  Couch new staffs for tasks to help adopt the team as soon as possible.

 •  Act collaboratively in the team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Major in Finance or accounting is preferred.

• Experience in financial services and/or a back-office operations environment is preferred.

• Average 20 hours over time working per month is acceptable

• Early shift is acceptable (Early Shift will start from 6:30 & 7:00 AM)

• Working on Chinese public holiday is acceptable
