The Role: Contributor Relations Associate
The Team:
As Contributor Relations Associate, you will be a key member on the Contributor Research team at S&P Global Market Intelligence. Our team manages the relationships with S&P Global’s third-party research providers, including the world’s leading investment banks and independent research firms. In addition our team drives adoption, in concert with other account teams, of S&P Global’s suite of products designed for research analysts.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Support our team effort in managing relationships with third-party research providers, including leading investment banks, across the Americas.
- Engage with key stakeholders at investment banks & independent research providers to increase adoption of the S&P Global platforms, including our market-leading broker data.
- Organize and conduct training for individual users at our contributors with a thorough understanding of our products and use cases.
- Conduct regular marketing outreach to our third-party contributors through a variety of tactics including in-person engagements.
- Partner with operations and other support teams as the primary escalation point to ensure ongoing and timely responses to contributors.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the team in helping create best practices among reporting and client relationship management systems.
- Conduct outbound, proactive phone calls to users to support engagement, training, and relationship management.
- Develop training materials for users to support their understanding and effective use of our products.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as an annual bonus.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 2+ years of work experience in the financial data or capital markets industry
- Effective communication with senior leaders, persuasion, and time management
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and financial data applications
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Organized and pay close attention to detail
- Self-motivated, dedicated, team player with relationship building skills
- Proven track record of analytical problem-solving, you embrace curiosity, and you are open to learning new skills
