The Team
Our Commercial Rotation Program at S&P Dow Jones Indices is designed to develop future leaders by providing them with hands-on experience in various commercial functions. This program provides a structure that emphasizes deep engagement, collaboration, and project impact across key business categories.
Participants will rotate through the following key categories, each representing a critical area of S&P DJI’s Commercial organization:
- Operations: Pricing Governance, Process Improvement, Salesforce, Client Experience
- Sales: Client Coverage, Inside Sales, Sales Strategy
- Post Sales: Digital Wealth, Client Solutions Group, Business Intelligence
- Thought Leadership: Marketing, Product, IIS
At the end of the 24-month rotation, you will have a final placement amongst one of the participating teams.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Contribute positively to each assigned team, leveraging your academic knowledge and enthusiasm to learn.
- Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project tasks.
- Collaborate with various teams, learning to strategize, analyze, and solve complex business challenges.
- Network and build relationships with peers, senior leaders, and mentors throughout the program.
What We’re Looking For
- Please note that only candidates who are US citizens or green card holders will be considered for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree completed no later than May 2026.
- Strong experience in Finance, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Sales.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with customers or clients in a professional setting
- Outstanding academic record, coupled with extracurricular leadership.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different working styles.
