We add value by making key data of the portfolio available, analysing, monitoring and improving quality of the data, and preparing well-visualized materials for monitoring purposes. We are a strong team of 11 members and we are located in Tallinn, Estonia.

What you’ll be doing
As the Business Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in processes that are decisive in achieving the highest possible quality of specific data.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Analysing data and executing data quality controlling operations
- Investigating data quality issues in a number of banking systems
- Testing data flows from a quality perspective
- Driving further analyses of root causes
- Suggesting data quality improvement initiatives
- Implementing remediation processes of data quality issues
- Supporting data assets via data governance frameworks
- Participating in data quality and availability enhancement projects

Your background and skills include:
- At least 3 years of working experience in a data analysis field
- Experience of working with SQL and Excel
- Ability to learn about banking and credit processes quickly
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration
- Proficiency in English
It would be ideal if you also have:
- A Master’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration
- Experience of working with Python, Power BI and VBA
