Reporting to Manager, GrabMart, you'll assume a role in planning, implementing, and managing demand-generation and operations workflows. From developing strategies for growth and profitability to participating in performance tracking projects and day-to-day operations of the GrabMart business, your contributions will be pivotal to our business's continued success.
The Critical Tasks You will Perform
Business planning and analysis:
- Utilise both strategic and analytics toolkits to contribute to the planning, launch, and growth of high-impact strategic initiatives
- Conduct research, manage projects and stakeholders, and perform analyses (with simple models) to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Analyse business cases and present them with quality benchmarks and assumptions
- Synthesize, analyze and improve operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the day-to-day operations of GrabMart.
- Collaborate with other business teams, offering support at several stages of the project lifecycle
- Examples include providing a fact base, assisting with issue identification and solutioning, offering advice on implementation practicalities, and overseeing actual execution
- Communicate insights to obtain relevant next steps and support operational execution of demand-generation plans
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Accumulated 1+ years of experience at top-tier consulting firms or within leading regional or global tech and ecommerce companies
- Competent with Excel with basic proficiency in querying (SQL/Python), familiar with project management and great at deck preparation
- You will have experience analysing data sets with simple modelling and have experience breaking down complex problems make connections between different pieces of information.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams yet focused on finding solutions, with experience excelling and developing a career in a fast-growing tech company
- Have experience excelling in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment
