Troubleshooting to resolve complaints or faults related to the services mentioned in Section A, through the use of in-built or external IP-enabled tools.
Liaise with internal and external parties so that customer complaints can be resolved.
Manage, administer and configure cyber security controls and services in Firewall, IP equipment (routers, switches, SBC, etc) and servers.
Test, verify & implement software patches and upgrades.
Planning and resource allocation of system to make sure key metrics of system resources are not exceeded.
Improve and enhance on existing processes via automation or RPA
Rotate on weekly 24x7 standby support on a monthly basis

Skills for Success:
Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Telco or networking
Working experience in TCP/IP networking, SS7/SIP protocol, SQL, Linu
Good communication skills and able to work as a tea
