Key Responsibilities
- Handle day to day issues & provide solution.
- Regularly Monitor the Service Now application & close the tickets within SLA
- Lead and support pursuits and practice development initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvements on solution scalability and reliability.
Must Have
- Solid Knowledge of SAP especially in PP module areas like Production order, BOMs, Routing.
- Functional proficiency with at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementations and 2+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
- Minimum 2-4 years SAP experience with PP modules.
- Experience with SAP Production Planning processes in the semiconductor industry will be an added advantage
- Possess expertise in developing Test Scenarios/Scripts for Unit, Integration & User Acceptance Testing.
- Good knowledge on Integration with other modules, for ex: FI, QM, LE Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management
- Good Knowledge on Interfaces & Batch jobs.
- Write Functional Specifications for enhancement, work with Technical Team for enhancement, independently perform testing and document test results
- Self-motivated and work independently
