Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy PC-based HMI/SCADA applications for equipment control, data acquisition, and system monitoring.
- System Integration: Implement robust communication protocols and data exchange mechanisms between HMI software and industrial devices such as PLCs, robots, MES, and vision systems.
- Troubleshooting Support: Analyze and resolve complex software-related issues on production lines to ensure system reliability and minimal downtime.
- Database Management: Design and optimize relational database structures for efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of production data and equipment parameters.
- PLC Programming: Develop, debug, and optimize PLC code to support automation processes and improve system performance.
Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial software development or automation engineering.
- Proficiency in C# (WinForms/WPF) or Python, with strong object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Solid understanding of multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and network communication protocols (e.g., Socket, TCP/IP).
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL, including writing efficient SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
