The Opportunity

‍

At Adobe, our mission is to empower creatives, marketers, and IT professionals with application-based products that transform their daily work and accelerate progress towards their business goals.

‍

Our Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) organization plays a critical role in preparing customers to purchase Adobe’s integrated solutions by understanding their business needs, defining and validating their technical requirements, and demonstrating their ideal future state with Adobe technology.

‍

This internship sits within the Experience Design Team, part of the Sales Velocity group - an internally focused team within TPS that drives innovation in customer storytelling and presentation design.

‍

Learn more about Experience Design

The Experience Design team accelerates sales cycles and deepens customer engagement by crafting high-impact, visually compelling presentations and storytelling assets. We partner with technical sellers to design stage-worthy deliverables - including customer journeys, sizzle reels, interactive prototypes, and visual narratives - that inspire customers to invest in Adobe’s vision and technology.

‍

As an intern, you’ll contribute to strategic design projects that shape how Adobe’s solutions are communicated to customers, while gaining hands-on experience in creative storytelling and UX design.

About the company

Adobe

Company overview
Adobe is a software company best known for Creative Cloud products like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, plus Document Cloud (Acrobat) and Experience Cloud for marketing, analytics, and commerce. Adobe sells subscriptions to individuals, teams, enterprises, and public-sector organisations. Adobe has also built and marketed generative AI features such as Adobe Firefly across creative workflows. Adobe is headquartered in San Jose, California and operates globally.

Locations and presence

Adobe’s corporate headquarters is in San Jose, and Adobe lists a large network of offices across the US and other countries. For student roles, many 2026 internship postings state a “co-located hybrid” approach, splitting time between an assigned office and home based on team expectations.

Adobe offers multiple clear entry routes, from internships across functions to university graduate roles, and Adobe backs that up with visible intern programming and a structured hiring-process outline. Pay range visibility is better than many large tech employers, and Adobe Digital Academy publishes unusually specific retention and promotion outcomes. The biggest gap is that Adobe does not publish consistent, company-wide outcomes for internships and new-grad hiring, such as conversion rates and typical time-to-promotion.
