The TGRC (Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team ensures that our technology operations align with regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices. We focus on risk mitigation, audit readiness, and secure, compliant innovation, making us a critical pillar of trust and integrity within the organization! This role offers hands-on experience in aligning governance with innovation while building tools that support enterprise-wide AI accountability.

All 2026 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

What You’ll Do
- Work under the supervision and mentorship of the Tech GRC manager and develop an understanding of the AI governance mechanisms at Adobe.
- Conduct research on emerging AI regulations, standards, and best practices across global jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align governance strategies with technical and business goals.
- Contribute to maturing the AI risk management framework
- Monitor and summarize key developments in AI technologies and corresponding security risks.
- Build and maintain governance /compliance dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of the compliance posture of the organization.

What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelors/Master’s degree with a focus in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
- 0-1 years of professional or internship experience
- Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their ethical, regulatory, and operational implications
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a creative, resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; a collaborative team player with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- •Strong interest in learning new technologies and concepts and understanding how these will help the business.
- •Desire to learn how to assess and manage technology risk across a large-scale enterprise organization.
- •Knowledge of Industry and Regulatory frameworks will be useful (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, NIST, etc.)
