The Opportunity

‍

This internship provides practical exposure to implementing agentic AI tools—the upcoming intelligent systems that automate marketing, content, and workflow processes. You will collaborate with Adobe’s Campaign Capabilities and Technology teams to explore, test, and evaluate how AI agents can enhance workplace efficiency and productivity. It’s a chance to investigate how new technologies influence work dynamics, while participating in a prominent enterprise transformation initiative.

‍

All 2026 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

‍

‍

What You’ll Do

· Assist in testing and validating autonomous AI tools in various marketing and operational scenarios.

· Help map and document workflows to identify automation opportunities and redesign processes for AI enablement.

· Assist in pilot coordination and testing, capturing results, user feedback, and performance data.

· Contribute to enablement materials—guides, playbooks, or demos—to help teams adopt new AI capabilities.

· Track and analyze adoption metrics and success measures, summarizing insights for leadership reviews.

· Work with cross-functional collaborators (marketing, content, operations, and product teams) to align AI use cases to business outcomes.

‍

‍

What You Need to Succeed

· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, data science, marketing, or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2026– June 2027

· Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September

· Interest in AI, automation, and the evolution of work—with the capacity to analyze how technology impacts procedures.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable working with structured data, workflows, or documentation.

· Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical findings into clear business insights.

· Experience or coursework in AI tools, workflow building, or process improvement is a plus but not required.

· Self-starter approach with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Locations and presence

/ 100
Adobe offers multiple clear entry routes, from internships across functions to university graduate roles, and Adobe backs that up with visible intern programming and a structured hiring-process outline. Pay range visibility is better than many large tech employers, and Adobe Digital Academy publishes unusually specific retention and promotion outcomes. The biggest gap is that Adobe does not publish consistent, company-wide outcomes for internships and new-grad hiring, such as conversion rates and typical time-to-promotion.
