Amazon is looking for hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated account representatives to help scale Amazons growing businesses.

‍

As a sales intern, you will work with a range of Amazon Businesses and business partners to increase sales and marketing, improve product lifecycles, and ensure that it stays competitive within Amazon’s online space. To do this, you need to be extremely hands on, have an understanding of Amazon's display advertising products, technical/operational capabilities, and have the ability to synthesize analysis into a concise and compelling presentation.

Job Responsibilities

‍
β€’ Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, displaying a dedication to delivering first-class service and solutions.
β€’ Analyze performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency, productivity, and return on investment.
β€’ Regularly communicate success metrics with external stakeholders to drive the business.
β€’ Leverage our suite of rich data, targeting and product channels to collaborate with the other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet clients’ goals.
β€’ Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions.
β€’ Lead quarterly reports with stakeholders.
β€’ Drive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

‍

- Are 18 years of age or older
- Work 40 hours/week throughout the course of a 12-week summer internship between May through September
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2026 and June 2027

Preferred Qualifications

‍

- Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record
- Interest in B2B Sales pipeline management, business development planning, key account management, joint business reviews, and/or communicating customer value
- Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication with a keen focus on delivering business results
- Demonstrated track record in using data and metrics to make decisions and build scalable solutions
- Ability to influence across all levels of an organization
- Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
