About the role

As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will create an inspiring and efficient work environment where employees can thrive.

The Workplace team at Bolt is often the first point of contact for our employees and partners. A team that guides and makes people feel welcome when they come to the office. In this role, you will be at the heart of shaping our workplace culture, ensuring it is safe, engaging and supportive.

‍

‍

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Ensure the office is a comfortable, efficient and welcoming space for everyone; solve office-related issues by working closely with landlords, cleaners and service providers.

Keep our office stocked and running smoothly by ordering supplies and refreshments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date office information while managing a range of administrative tasks, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and IT to organise invoices and sensitive documents, tracking budgets to support cost-effective resource use, and helping ensure the workplace remains compliant with health and safety regulations.

Plan and organise events, celebrations and traditions that boost team spirit and enhance company culture; support our local teams if needed.

Work hand-in-hand with the People & Workplace Experience Manager to tackle all office-related matters while effectively communicating within the company across all levels; you will also be a point of contact for many teams, visitors and suppliers.

Support smooth employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating access, merch and equipment (in partnership with People & IT).

‍

‍

About you:

You are a proactive, passionate and supportive person with a positive, can-do attitude and a hands-on approach to getting things done.

You have a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in workplace/office management or a similar role.

Excellent spoken and written Slovak and English (any other language is a plus).

Strong and effective communication skills (used across all levels of the company).

Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment..
