The Group Protection and Resilience team is committed to ensuring that Allianz Group is able to prepare for, withstand and and recover from disruptions to its business operations. Β In the communications area, we perform a range of tasks including maintaining our intranet platform, social media, and writing all sorts of communication-related pieces. Our team is very international and we work closely together with colleagues around the globe. The role will be hybrid, based at our head office in Munich.

How can you make an impact?
- Supporting the Head of P&R and P&R Communications Lead with regular communications tasks
- Prepare internal and external communications material (writing/editing/proof reading of texts), including creating and publishing blog posts and maintenance of intranet pages
- Planning and organizing online events
- Preparing presentations/newsletters/other communications materials
- Cooperating with different departments and international project teams
- Aligning communications material with key stakeholder groups
- Support with coordination of content/editing for online P&R training platform

What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in at least the third year of a Bachelor degree program (preferred) in Communications, Media, Marketing, Business, Political Science or a related field
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Office 365 an advantage
- Social Media know-how especially blogging
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills
