Working Student in Business Process Management (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Support the company's transformation through the Business Management System (BMS) transformation
- Support the Business Management System team and learn hands on to use one of the best in class platforms for business process management (ARIS)
- Support in data integration and analytics to enhance decision making and provide business insights
- Development of requirements management in the Business Management System , based on Quality Standards like ISO9001/EN9100
- Support business users from the different areas on BMS matters
- Publication of BMS content
- Creation of documentation
- Usage of state of the art Artificial Intelligence tools (LLM, Process Mining application to real use cases)
Desired skills and qualifications
- You are enrolled full-time student in the area of Computer Science, Data analytics, Aerospace or an equivalent field of study.
- You see value in data and are passionate about uncovering insights that drive business decisions
- You have experience with Google Workspace/ Data visualization tools (Qlik Sense)
- You have experience using Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT and Gemini
- You are fluent in English - any other additional language (German, French, Spanish) considered a plus
- You have strong analytical thinking skills, are capable of interpreting complex data sets, identify patterns and provide actionable insights
- You are a very good team player, have excellent communication skills and are able to work autonomously
