Main objective of the job:
- Support in S4 migration projects

Main atributions and responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining high data quality standards (set-up and improvements) by following to the rules and regulations documented in the procedures; ย
- Support in migration projects;
- 1st level consulting for problems and questions related to Vendor and Customer Master Data, raised by internal partners with support from more experienced colleagues;
- Ensure good communication with local unit and internal/external customers;
- Support in updating the procedures for the team;
- Cleansing activities for Vendor and Customer Master Data in SAP.
- Responsibile for reading, understanding and applying the procedure from area of responsibility and also interdepartamental procedure subcribed in SOCOS;
- Any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior. Responsibilities regarding health and work security:
- To apply and to respect all the legislative standards regarding security and health of work, work instructions, internal procedures and rules concerning the health and the work security and fire prevention and fire extinction.
- To make all the medical exams scheduled by the company according to the Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- To use correctly the installations, work equipment, the appliances and other tools in the facility. Do not proceed at turning off, modifying, changing or removing the safety appliances especially those of machines, work equipment, tools, technical units and buildings security systems.
- To immediately inform the Manager and the HSE responsible about any accidents suffered by one person.
- To cooperate with the assigned persons, as long as necessary, in order to facilitate any/all accomplishments or requests disposed by the officers of health regarding health protection and employeesโ security.

Your profile
Studies:
- University Diploma
- High school Diploma
- Language: English
- Ongoing University - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related University; ย
- MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word; ย
- Ability to work in a structured and careful way; ย
- Customer Service and communication skills; ย
- Team player and ability to work in a flexible way; ย
- Good communication skills in Intercultural enviroment;
- Logical thinking, curiosity and analysis abilities;
