What You'll Do
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our product team. This role will provide hands-on experience in product management, agile workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. The Working Student will support the Product Owner and team in delivering high-quality product features, managing product support requests, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with development and QA teams to track, test, and deliver product features and enhancements.
- User Story Creation: Draft clear and structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to guide development.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between internal teams, ensuring alignment and timely updates on product deliverables.
- Daily Product Operations: Work closely with the Product Owner to manage sprint activities, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Support Ticket Management: Monitor, prioritize, and resolve product-related support tickets in coordination with engineering and support teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute fresh ideas to enhance product outcomes.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
What You'll Bring
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Interested in product management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with software development and QA processes preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work across global time zones (EST, IST, and others).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to GenAI application development and RAG-based systems.
