Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: Currently enrolled at a German University pursuing a Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Location: Residing within a commutable distance from Schwalbach am Taunus and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in German.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent prioritization abilities.
- Leadership Abilities: Capable of approaching and solving challenges with a leadership mindset.
- Team Player: Possess a "can do" attitude and drive to achieve breakthrough results.
- Innovative Thinking: Creative, proactive, and strong in initiative, follow-through, communication, and prioritization.
- Influence & Collaboration: Able to play a key role and influence across various levels and functions.
