What you will be doing:
- Designing advanced thermal solutions for NVIDIA next generation products, focusing on conduction/ convection based thermal solutions.
- Be exposed and work on variety of challenging thermal designs.
- Perform thermal simulation analyses.
- Work with various lab tools and perform challenging lab experiments.
What we need to see:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with an Energy track, or equivalent degree, graduated with a high GPA.
- 2+ years of designing and developing thermal solutions for components.
- Deep understanding of Thermodynamics, fluids mechanics and heat transfer.
- Experience in thermal modelling of boards and electronic components.
- Familiar with at least one thermal analysis SW (e.g. Icepak, FloTHERM, Fluent).
- Excellent English.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Strong understanding of FEA/CFD theory.
- Experience with thermal analyses and DOE design.
- Knowledge of CAD programs and mechanical design.
- Wide knowledge of manufacturing processes.
