From day one, you’ll be the voice of our customers, using analytical skills to solve problems, define product roadmaps and bring our products to life, as well as driving internal enhancements to support teams to work more efficiently. During this 2-year scheme, you’ll hold workshops with stakeholders, write user stories, collate data and analyse feedback. You’ll also spend time in Tesco labs, meeting tech grads, coding and trying our new tech. Salary: £40,000 Programme start date: 7 September 2026
