- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to customers and partners who use Microsoft products and services.
- Diagnose and solve complex issues, escalate critical cases, and collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn from senior mentors and experts in the field of cloud computing and data analytics.

- Introduction to Systems Administration: Understanding roles, daily responsibilities, challenges, and skills for system administrators.
- Operating Systems: Learning about installation, management, updates, and monitoring of operating systems and servers.
- Identity & Authentication Services: Exploring on-premises and cloud identity services, multi-factor authentication, and security.
- Basic Networking: Understanding networking protocols, the OSI model, IP structure, routing, and VLANs.
- Virtualization: Learning about virtualization technologies like Hyper-V, VMWare, and Azure virtual machines.
- Cloud Administration: Exploring cloud administration, hybrid cloud, Azure portal, and cloud storage.

Qualifications:
βTo be eligible for the Technical Support Engineering track, you need to have one of the following:
- Technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology (IT), or related field.
- Certifications in SQL, coding, development, or other related certifications.
