Your role

We’re looking for someone who can:


• Take accountability for day-to-day business and service delivery in performance measurement
• Lead and inspire a team, fostering development and collaboration
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in performance measurement and attribution
• Combine the responsibilities of a team leader and SME, ideally bringing both leadership and deep technical expertise into the role
• Drive transitions and projects related to performance systems and process change
• Analyse existing business processes and recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Design end-to-end solutions that integrate people, processes, and technology to support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Champion a culture of resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement

Your team

You’ll be part of the Kraków- and Wrocław-based Investment Performance Measurement team within Asset Management. We are responsible for maintaining, calculating, and reporting investment performance results for all institutional mandates and mutual funds globally. The function is part of the Global Performance and Reporting area, and the Team Lead will report directly to the Head of Investment Performance Measurement.

Your expertise

• Strong understanding of operational processes within the asset management and financial services industry
• Advanced knowledge of investment performance evaluation – measurement, attribution, and appraisal – combined with sound analytical skills
• Solid grasp of traditional, derivative, and alternative investment instruments and their functionality
• SimCorp Dimension (SCD) proficiency or operational knowledge is a strong asset
• Understanding of pre- and post-investment processes, including areas such as Investment Accounting, Reporting, and related operational workflows
• Proven experience in supervising and mentoring teams in the asset management industry
• Smart interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Contribution to project work and systems change initiatives
• Resilience and adaptability in navigating change and driving results
• A university or equivalent diploma in Finance, Economics, or Science; CFA/CIPM a plus
