What youโll be doing (ie. job duties):
Tl;dr: The Talent Density Program intern will align with one or more critical projects that support our number one operating priority: top talent in every seat. Specific project work will be determined closer to start date, but the intern can expect to flex all of the following skills:
- Supporting program design by actively contributing to brainstorms and working sessions
- Assisting in development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Partnering with Talent Density team members and partners from across the people team to execute program logistics
- Gathering and analyzing feedback from various sources to understand program effectiveness and contribute to future program changes
- Helping create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes to ensure scalability and clear communication

- Demonstrated experience managing a project from initial concept to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to making decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Self-starting; able to work remotely without micromanagement
