Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop, submit, and process training document changes.
- Communicate, train, and educate documentation changes to associates via LARs.
- Provides support for new products, procedures, and/or equipment introduction.
- Assist in ISO/DARM audits and preparation.
- Assist teams with training documentation needs and ensure all training is delivered on time.
- Maintain production operations training records.
- Responsible for managing Supply Chain safety programs, including, but not limited to: attending and providing content for safety team meetings.
- Developing and implementing safety awareness and improvement programs.
- Assisting project teams with safety related activities.
- Recording and tracking open safety action items.
- Assisting with HIRA, incident investigation/follow-up, safety and housekeeping audits, and all other safety related activities.

Applicant Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
- Forklift experience desired.
- Required to get class to train operators on Forklift and Pallet jack.
- Experience with or a thorough understanding of Concord documentation writing, PDC process, and training systems.
- Ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks as necessary.
- Familiarity with ETQ document management system.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively train others.
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow up/complete assigned action items/tasks in agreed timeframe.
- Comfortable speaking in front of and presenting to a variety of audiences.
- Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude.
