Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range: Ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

‍Strategic Sales and Analytics drives a crucial component of SharkNinja’s unstoppable teams, the “Obsessed with Winning” mindset.  SS&A is simultaneously a market expert, and the link between local market sales teams and SharkNinja global headquarters.  At SharkNinja, we chart a course, learn and pivot across 30+ different categories – our team drives assortment and pricing decisions, weekly sales analysis and CAPs and develops business cases on behalf of the LATAM markets to be sure we are equipped to drive extraordinary market growth.  We are looking for an ambitious, curious and rarely satisfied self-starter in this role, who is willing to learn through progress over perfection.  At SharkNinja, we believe extraordinary thinking is our competitive advantage – we embrace that winning is a team sport; we work together and challenge one another to deliver 5-star products.  This position will report to the Director of SS&A LATAM, support both the Shark and Ninja product portfolios and every country in LATAM with a focus on Mexico.
