This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA, and the remaining day worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role:

‍As a CORE Quality Engineering Intern at SharkNinja, you will support the CORE team in ensuring the highest standards for product performance and customer satisfaction. This role provides hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing, and products within a dynamic product development environment.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

• Assist in evaluating consumer field returns for performance, durability, and compliance.
• Collect and analyze data from star reviews and call center data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving for product defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing, to improve product quality.
• Document results and create reports to support decision-making on Sharepoint and JIRA.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and quality control processes.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a master’s program
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with quality testing methods and tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
