The AIM Investment Analyst Internship Program is a rewarding experience for high potential undergraduates or those currently pursuing an advanced degree. AIM Investment Interns will be exposed to multiple departments across a top tier Investment Manager while working alongside seasoned professionals who will provide mentoring (through meaningful work while teaching the skills and knowledge necessary for future success). During the program, AIM Investment Interns are involved in a variety of investment analysis and development/process improvement projects where they can use theories learned in school and apply them in real work scenarios. Interns are empowered and treated as team members, working on investment research and analysis, investment strategy, investment reporting and monitoring, digitalization, automation, and process improvement. In addition, AIM Investment Interns will build key networking skills through meetings with Executive Leaders, Department Leaders, Intern events and Department step-ins.
