The Associate Analyst, Origination Structuring will assist in the development, contract structuring, and execution of renewable energy projects. This role demands a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with experience in renewable energy, finance, and energy markets. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the strategic origination and development of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Support the process for pricing, structuring, and/or negotiating power purchase agreements (PPAs), financing agreements, and other project-related contracts.
- Assist in conducting financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment, including pricing analytics and benchmarking efforts
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends within the renewable energy sector.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in renewable energy, finance, or energy markets.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics within the renewable energy sector.
- Masterβs degree or MBA.
- Experience with energy storage solutions and technologies.
- Certification or training in project management

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Creates economic models and performs financial analysis to support the development and evaluation of complex transactions and deal structures

- Supports the origination team by providing time-critical analysis for new, incremental, and existing business opportunities
- Collects, analyzes, and presents data to communicate complex concepts in conversations and presentations with senior management, external client organizations, and project partners
- Manages multiple projects and coordinates work efforts with other team members, facilitating cooperation amongst cross-functional teams that reach across business units Β
