As our next Strategy and Operations Associate (LABs), you’ll help shape the future of how homeowners connect with the trades they need. This isn’t about small tweaks. It’s about bold bets, fast experimentation, and launching next-gen marketplace products that challenge the status quo. Think of it as a startup environment - inside one of the UK’s best-known home improvement brands.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

• Delivering operational support across projects, helping turn big ideas into launched products.
• Spotting trends, surfacing insights and sharpening team focus using Excel and BI tools.
• Collaborating with Product, Data, Engineering and others to test, scale and optimise new models.
• Making sure every product or service we launch is grounded in smart thinking and smooth delivery.

It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:

• Experience (or eagerness to learn) in strategy, innovation, ops or startups - recent grads welcome.
• A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems.
• Confidence with data tools like Excel, and a willingness to learn SQL or BI platforms.
