Key responsibilities:
- Support the global head of strategic projects and talent management with daily business activities, including administrative tasks related to talent management initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience and develop project management skills by contributing to strategic projects.
- Prepare management presentations and conduct research to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments and international project teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Compile and prepare presentations, newsletters, and other materials related to talent management projects.
- Ensure alignment of project materials with key stakeholder groups.

Key requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Masterβs degree program (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with talent management systems and project management tools.
- Basic understanding of project methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills.
