What you do
- Support strategic projects that drive collaboration, leadership mindset, and operational excellence within the Spain Hub.
- Contribute to initiatives that foster a strong and inclusive workplace culture, helping teams grow and perform at their best.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvement and digital transformation projects in coordination with the local COO team.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal communications with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing progress, insights, and recommendations.
- Manage smaller project tasks independently, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to bring ideas to life and make meaningful impact.
What you bring
- Strong interest in strategic operations, leadership culture and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn, grow, and explore new ideas and approaches.
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership in tasks and projects, striving for high-quality results and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for helping others succeed and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Basic awareness of digital tools and emerging technologies used to enhance collaboration and efficiency as well as basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Spanish or German is a plus).
