Speed is one of the key growth pillar for EU Operations. We are the forefront of this transformational change offering and building services and network that are at the leading end of Fast and ultra fast network. The Speed Program Team drives the SD network programs with cost-optimal and speed and quality aware solutions for in-station operations, year-round and enabling the business to scale for seasonal peak demand increases.

The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business, has a strong delivery record and experienced in driving execution in a cross-functional environment, backed by analysis and data. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, relish working with large amounts of data, and enjoys the challenge of solving highly complex, and sometimes ambiguous problems.

The role will own the approval from senior functional leaders to enable strategies to improve performance and schedule cross-functional resource allocation efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our Transportation functions and will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting complex cross functional projects and action plans. You will have a true hands-on approach, the ability to generate solutions, strong process management skills, and be an effective communicator. This position involves regular communication with senior management on network performance, risks and time critical mitigation activities.

Basic Qualifications

- - Bachelor's degree
- - Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
- - Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration
- - Experience working with cross-functional teams
- - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- - Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

- - Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates
- - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- - Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- - Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers
